Service Guarantee
At American Residential Services, we strive to provide exceptional service. We give upfront estimates before any work is done, and do our best to get the job done right, the first time. If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason, however, we will make every effort to meet your expectations. If we can't meet your expectations, we'll refund your money per the ARS Exceptional Service Guarantee.*
*Exceptional Service Guarantee:
Installation of New HVAC and Plumbing Equipment
In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on equipment and parts, we will warrant our workmanship for the first year following installation. If you are not satisfied within one year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or remove the equipment and refund 100% of your money.
HVAC Service Work
In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on parts, we will warrant our workmanship for the first year following our initial service. If you are not satisfied within one year of the date of original invoice, we will either make it right or refund 100% of your money. |
